Web Check-in

Due to the current COVID-19 situation, as per the government guidelines for air travel, web check-in is mandatory. All passengers are required to check-in online from 72 hours for flights within India and from 48 hours for International flights until 2 hours before the departure of their flights.

Effective December 29, 2020 non-chargeable seats are available for web check-in from 17th Row onwards within 24 hrs. of flight departure on first come first serve basis. Rs.100 will be charged as facilitation fee for check-in at the airport.

As per mandate by Government of India all passengers arriving into India by international flights need to register on www.newdelhiairport.in at least 72 hours prior to departure.

GoAir Flight Web Check-In


Steps to follow:

  • On the website goair.in, use any of the below options to access web check-in which will land you directly on the check-in page
    • ‘Web Check-in ’ tab on Home page
    • Quick link from the footer
    • 'Web Check-in' option under 'Plan my Trip' on the home page
  • Retrieve your booking by filling details like PNR/Booking Reference Number and Last Name
  • Click on ‘Begin Check-in’
  • Select your preferred seat, depending on its availability
  • Choose from various ancillary services offered like Smart Cafe, GoXtras, Travel Protect, Priority check-in or baggage
  • Post check-in, Print, Download or Email your eBoarding pass

Things to Remember:

  • Considering the COVID situation , passengers are requested to report atleast 03 hours prior to flight departure
  • Web check-in is available from 72 hours to 01 hour prior to departure for flights within India and 48 hours to 02 hours prior to departure for international sectors.
  • All seats are chargeable at the time of booking or web and mobile check-in. Within 24 hrs of flight departure the middle seats from 14th row are non-chargeable on first come first serve basis.
  • Only 1 piece of check-in baggage is permitted up to 15 kgs per passenger and 1 piece of cabin baggage upto 7 kgs per passenger.
  • Passengers should have an idea of the state-wise travel protocols and regulations before flying to these states. To know more click here
  • Health form will be displayed during web check-in. This form has to be filled and ‘Terms and Conditions’ have to be accepted before boarding pass is issued.
  • Passengers who have checked-in online and need to modify or cancel their booking, can do so up to 2 hours prior to departure of their flight by calling us on 18002 100 999 / +91 22 6896 8300 or by visiting our Airport Ticketing Office. Once Checked-in, passengers will not be able to make any changes to their bookings on the website.
  • Unaccompanied form can be accessed from the website under ‘Terms&Conditions ’ where the forms can be downloaded. Fill in the details and upload the forms on ‘Manage Booking’

  • This facility is available for passenger with confirmed Goair booking and who fulfills the check-in window criteria.
  • All passengers booked on the site, app, at our airport counters or through any travel agent.
  • All passengers with Child , Infant
  • Passengers travelling on Defence ID , Senior Citizens , Students , WheelChair passengers , Unaccompanied Minors
