Regulations in Abu Dhabi
Though the ICA approval requirement is discontinued for passengers to arrive AUH, below points are mandated.
• Passengers should check their clearance to travel AUH by updating their Passport Number/Emirates ID card number on the website - (uaeentry.ica.gov.ae)
• Authorities recommended that passengers should check their clearance before booking tickets as eligibility is subjective.
• Airlines should not override API clearance while accepting passengers. Even if passengers have ICA clearance, they may not get API approval. Hence not to be accepted.
• Also all passengers (UAE nationals, Residents, Tourists & Transit/transfer) must test
A. Negative within 96 hrs from the test date. (test must be performed in approved labs by country of origin)
B. Airline & GHA must ensure passengers holding negative PCR test results of pre-testing prior checking-in from origin.
C. Passengers must carry a hard copy of the results.
• Passengers will undergo PCR prior Immigration upon their arrival at AUH.
A. Children under 12 & people of determination (with severe & moderate impairment) are exempted from pre-PCR test and will have to undergo PCR test prior arrival to AUH only.
• Passengers will be asked to sign a consent form at Immigration counter for self-quarantine (for 14 Days).
• Passenger is to download ALHOSN app for tracking purposes.
NOTE:
In previous dates, a large number of passengers from other airlines (IX, TK, PK, BG and 3L) became INAD on arrival at AUH. Those airlines were held responsible and were asked to deport passengers to origin stations. Kindly advise all team members to accept passengers for AUH only if they get API clearance during check in.

Dhaka - Bangladesh
Regulations for Dhaka - Bangladesh
For Passengers from India to Bangladesh
1. Nationals/Residents of Bangladesh and foreign nationals holding visa from Bangladesh
2. Any Indian national holding any type of valid visa from Bangladesh
For Passengers from Bangladesh to India
1. All Bangladesh nationals can apply for all categories of visas ( including dependents) except TOURIST VISA, for travel to India
2. All existing visas except TOURIST VISA and MEDICAL VISA which remained suspended since 12th March 2020 are hereby restored for travel to India
3. All Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) cardholders holding passports issued Bangladesh
4. Bangladeshi nationals/residents (Including diplomats) and foreigners (Including diplomats) holding valid visa issued by an Indian Mission in any category covered under Ministry of Home Affairs guidelines
Passengers from both the countries should mandatorily carry COVID-19 Negative Certificate after duly completing PCR test within 72 hours of the journey.

Dubai
Regulations for Dubai
1. Fill the Declaration Form before arriving at Dubai.Click here to download the passenger health deaclaration form.
2. Download the COVID-19 Dubai Smart App before departure Click here to check the Smart App process
3. Print Negative COVID-19 Certificate. PCR test no later than 96 hours before departure. Children under 12 and passengers with moderate to severe disabilities are exempt from PCR.
4. All Negative COVID-19 Certificates must be signed and stamped by a healthcare provider (Digital stamp and signatures are acceptable).
5. Undergo PCR test at Dubai arrivals and self-isolate until results.Click here to download the Quarantine Declaration form
6. GDRFA Approval is required for Dubai Issued residence visa on https://smart.gdrfad.gov.ae/Smart_OTCServicesPortal/ReturnPermitService.aspx
7. ICA approval is required for other emirates issued visas on https://smartservices.ica.gov.ae/echannels/web/client/guest/index.html#/residents-entry-confirmation
8. Tourists with valid visa or visa on arrival are not required to get any approvals from GDRFA or ICA.
9. Tourists are required to be holding a valid round trip ticket from the country of origin.
10. Tourists are required to have a hotel booking/address proof, and sufficient funds to cover daily expenses during their stay.
11. As per Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, below are the list of the blacklisted laboratories for the RT-PCR test
i. Suryam Lab in Jaipur
ii. Microhealth Lab in the cities of Kerala and Trivandrum
iii. Dr. P. Bhasin Pathlabs (P) ltd. in Delhi

Sharjah
Flying to Sharjah
UAE residents whose visas are expired and have exited the country before 01 March 2020 can enter now and their visa will be extended till December 31 2020. Residents who exited after March 01 2020 should enter the country before expiry date of the residence visa.
Before flight
1. If you are an Abu Dhabi or Al Ain UAE resident:, visit uaeentry.ica.gov.ae before you book your flight to verify your entry status. Take a photocopy of your passport and UAE resident visa.
2. Take covid-19 PCR test within 96 hours of the flight departure time from the approved medical facility - Indian Council of Medical Research, New Delhi (icmr.gov.in). UAE Nationals and children below 12 years of age are exempt from the test.
3. Print your negative covid-19 PCR test result. You will be required to present physical copy of the report at the check-in counter.
Upon arriving in Sharjah
1. Download ALHOSN mobile application.
2. Take another covid-19 PCR test upon arrival and self-quarantine until the test result comes.
3. You will be free to leave the quarantine after getting negative test result. Passengers with positive result will have to isolate themselves as per the guidelines of Ministry of Health and Prevention.

Malé - Maldives
Regulations for Maldives (Malé)
India to Maldives (Malé)
1. Tourists travelling to the Maldives will be provided visa on arrival. Tourists must have a hotel reservation confirmation for the entire stay in a registered tourist facility.
2. Expatriates travelling to the Maldives shall hold a valid visa issued by Maldives immigration.
3. The following categories of travellers must hold a negative result for a nucleic acid test (PCR test) for COVID- l9 prior to entry into the Maldives.
(a) All Tourist
(b) Special Visa holders who duration of stay in the Maldives will be up to seven days
(c) Business visa holders whose duration of stay in the Maldives will be up to seven days
(d) Foreign diplomats and their accompanying family members
(e) Airline/aircraft crew whose transit stay in the Maldives; - is arranged in an accommodation other than a designated transit facility - will exceed seven days
(f) Crew of ships who arrive by air to sign onto a ship
4. The sample for the PCR test must be taken not more than 96 hours prior to the scheduled time of departure from the first port of embarkation en-route to the Maldives.
5. Children below one year old are exempt from the requirement of a COVID-19 test.
6. lf the passenger makes a transit during the journey, the initial PCR test will be valid if the transit does not exceed 24 hours.
7. lf a passenger makes a transit exceeding 24 hours, the passenger must take a repeat PCR test within 96 hours prior to embarkation at the port of transit.
8. The PCR test document containing the test result should state:
(a) Name of the passenger (name as in passport)
(b) Passport number
(c) Name and address of the testing laboratory
(d) Type of test stated as PCR test
(e) Date of sampling (0 Result)
9. The PCR test result should be presented in paper or electronic form during airline check-in and if required at arrival
10. All arriving passengers and airline crew should complete and submit the online Traveller Health Declaration form available from Maldives immigration website Portal https://imuga.immigration.gov.mv/ within 24 hours prior to their departure to the Maldives.
11. Passengers who are required to present PCR Test results on arrival should attach the results while completing the online Traveller Health Declaration form.
12. All arriving passengers and airline crew should report to the immigration counter if they have fever, runny nose, cough, sore throat or breathing difficulties or report directly to the international Border Health counter.
13. Passengers except those specified in paragraph 3 and 5 are required to undergo mandatory home quarantine (in their place of residency or work) for l4 days, conduct test for COVID-19 and obtain a COVID-19 Negative PCR Test Result before they are released from quarantine. Below is the Exemption list of people from PCR test on arrival to Maldives:
(a) Citizens of Maldives
(b) Holders of Employment Visas
(c) Holders of Dependent Visas
(d) Holders of Student Visas
(e) Holders of Marriage Visas
(f) Infants less than 1 year of age
Maldives (Malé) to India
1. lt is the responsibility of the passenger to fulfil the health requirements for the country of departure. lf required, passenger must carry COVID-19 Negative PCR Test Results with them when arriving at the Airport check-in counter.
2. Departing passengers must report to the COVID-19 hotline number l676 if they are having any of the following symptoms, within 24hrs of their departure time; Fever, sore throat, runny nose, cough, or breathing difficulties. They must verify with the COVID-19 hotline if they need to cancel their current booking
3. All departing passengers and airline crew must complete the online Traveller Health Declaration form for departure. The Health Declaration form for departure must be submitted before the time of departure but not exceed 24hrs before the time of departure. The online Traveller Health Declaration form is available from Maldives immigration website portal https://imuga.immigration.gov.mv/
4.All passengers arriving from Male into Bangalore are required to have an RT-PCR Negative Test Report (issued within 72 hours from time of departure), from an ICMR recognized laboratory.
