Steps We Have Taken To Ensure Your Safety

At the Airport

• We are regularly disinfecting all touchpoints such as check-in counters, kiosks, gate counters, and baggage drop counters
• Placing proper distancing markers to ensure social distancing
• Maintaining social distancing at the boarding gate and inside the coaches

In-Flight

• Protective Gear for cabin crew
  

All GoAir cabin crew members have been equipped with sanitizers, gloves and personal protective equipment (PPE) for your safety.

• Safety kits for passengers

Before boarding, passengers are provided with safety kits, which include a face shield, mask and a hand sanitizer to use on-board. Additionally, passengers seated on the middle seat are provided with a complete PPE (personal protective equipment) kit.

• Deep cleaning of aircraft
  

Each aircraft is disinfected and sanitized before every flight using Environment Protection Agency (EPA) approved hospital grade disinfectants. Passenger seats, seat belt buckles, armrests, overhead nozzles, tray tables, galleys and lavatories are thoroughly disinfected given the frequency of contact.

• Advanced air circulation system
  

The cabin air does not circulate from front to back. It flows vertically from ceiling to floor and gets absorbed for filtration. This minimizes the spread of possible viruses in the cabin.

• HEPA filters

Our aircraft are equipped with HEPA (High-Efficiency Particulate Air) filters which filter out recirculated air on-board to remove up to 99.99% of harmful airborne particles such as viruses and bacteria.

• Synthetic Leather Seats
  

All our aircraft have synthetic leather seats which are easier to clean as compared to regular fabric seats and are therefore less prone to airborne viruses.
