Once again GoAir records best ‘On-Time-Performance’, 7th time in a row

India’s fastest growing airline GoAir, has once again recorded the best On-Time Performance (OTP) at 95.2% as per the latest report released by the Director General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) for March. This is the 7th consecutive month where DGCA has ranked GoAir on top of the OTP chart and it is the result of GoAir’s continuous focus on enhancing customer experience.
OTP ranking assumes critical importance in today’s context when other airlines have caused inconvenience to passengers by way of cancellations. From various research studies it is evident that achieving better customer satisfaction is about more than airfare and flight availability. When considering an airline, travelers look for timeliness and assurance and on-time arrival is one of the major elements.

GoAir operates over 240 daily flights and carried around 11.49 lakh passengers during the March month.
