Questions about our move to Terminal 2 ?
|Q1.||Why is only GoAir moving to T2?|
|Ans.||The IGI (Indira Gandhi International) airport operator DIAL is merging Terminal 1C and 1D into a larger T1 to accommodate plans to increase capacity of handling 40 million passengers a year.|
|Q2.||Are all customers informed of this move well in advance?|
|Ans.||Yes. Customers have been sent e-mailers/SMS notifications well in advance informing them of this move. However, in case if some customers are not informed of this move, we have made arrangements for you to be dropped off at T2. Thank you for your patience and thank you for choosing to fly GoAir.|
|Q3.||I will miss my flight now. How will you compensate me?|
|Ans.||We understand how unhappy this is making you. We will gladly reschedule your flight at no additional cost (Valid for only 1 week).|
|Q4.||I will not be able to reach T2 45 minutes before departure and you will make me miss my flight for no fault of mine.|
|Ans.||We understand the stress this is causing you. We have several options for you.
|Q5.||Does T2 have enough retail and eating outlets?|
|Ans.||There are adequate and several outlets serving food at T2. We are sure you will not be disappointed with the choices available.|
|Q6.||How far is T2 from T3? Is T2 accessible by Metro?|
|Ans.||T2 is just a 6-7 minute walk from the Metro station and T3 through a covered cross-walk.|
|Q7.||I am not from Delhi and I don’t know where T2 is located.|
|Ans.||We understand your fear. We have arranged transportation to T2 at our expense from terminal 1D. Please proceed down one level to the bussing point using the lift/elevators. We have signage to lead you to the buses that will take you to T2. We are sorry for this inconvenience and thank you for flying with GoAir.|
|Q8.||I just came from T3 and now you are sending me back there? Why wasn’t I notified?|
|Ans.||Your anger is understandable and we truly apologize for this inconvenience. If I was in your place I would be feeling the same way. However, we have organized complimentary transport for you to the T2. Thank you so much for understanding and your patience.|
