What is the Cirium On-Time Performance Review?
Cirium, a travel industry and data analytics company, is the world’s leading authority when it comes to analyzing airline on-time performance. It recognizes airlines around the world that demonstrate leadership in operational excellence and customer service quality. To arrive at their findings, Cirium analysed 3.5 crore departure and arrival flights. The On-Time Performance Review is a competitive program wherein only selected airlines qualify for consideration.
There are 3 airline categories such as Global, Major (by region) and Low Cost Carriers. Cirium determines the Airline On-Time Performance based on On-time arrivals. A flight is considered to be on time if the arrival or departure at the gate is within 14 minutes and 59 seconds of the scheduled time. The On-Time Performance Review gives travelers the required insight to make smarter booking decisions.

To arrive at their findings, Cirium analysed 3.5 crore departure and arrival flights. The Cirium Report highlights that GoAir has performed consistently from Sep 2018 to Nov 2019, with an average OTP of 76.94 percent in 2019.
