GoAir expands wings - Launches Kolkata, Ranchi and Port Blair

Adds six new flights

Delhi, 29th September, 2011: GoAir, India’s low-fare domestic airline, with the youngest fleet, announces the addition of three new destinations – Kolkata, Ranchi and Port Blair to its growing network. The services on these new routes would start from 08th October 2011 onwards. The launch of 3 new destinations comes as part of GoAir’s growth strategy and strengthens its existing network, by flying to 21 destinations with 588 weekly flights. GoAir recently announced the purchase of 72 next generation A320 NEO aircraft. On the occasion, GoAir spokesperson said, "We at GoAir have always tried to provide convenient flights and value for money to our customers. We offer the earliest morning arrival to Kolkata from Delhi, which will help the business community and have a convenient evening flight to Ranchi.
