Experience/ Qualifications

Knowledge and Skills:

  • MBA (Sales or Marketing) / Graduate.
  • 3 - 4 years of experience in Aviation & Service or Hospitality industry with a proven track record.
  • Drive for results process and system.

Job Responsibilities

Would be responsible for:
  • Achieving sales target.
  • Devising sales plan based on travel trends, local economy indicators and infrastructure development trends.
  • Building relationship with the trade and devise strategies to drive sales using growth vehicles.
  • Handle a sales team of the respective locations.
  • Create revenue and meet targets. Targets set for the financial year.
  • Competitor monitoring.
  • To manage the existing revenue generating sources
  • To further create trade distribution

Regional Manager - Sales

Compensation
